Shipping & handling
All goods will be sent by Royal Mail ‘recorded signed for’ first class delivery, except some larger items or those in excess of 1.5kg which may be despatched by our courier. As such, all goods will require a signature upon delivery and will be delivered during normal working hours, please bear this in mind when specifying your delivery address.

We aim to despatch all items within 48 hours of the order being placed (Monday to Friday) and we would expect you to receive items within 2–5 days upon despatch of your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not usually be processed until the next working day.

If you have not received the goods within 14 days of order confirmation, you are requested to notify Xpress Gems (UK) by e-mail.

Returns policy
Xpress Gems (UK) is based in England and operates under English law. We abide by the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after you receive the goods. However, you must initially advise us by letter or e-mail.

It is required that you return the goods in the condition in which they were received, with appropriate packaging, by a trackable delivery method and at your own cost. Goods should be returned to the address below after you have contacted us to say that you wish to do so:

Xpress Gems (UK) is required by the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations to provide you with a refund for the value of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation. Please note that we will not take delivery of mail that has missing or incorrect postage.
